1. Our Commitment
At DN Tours (PVT) LTD, we believe in transparent, fair policies. Since most of our tours are pay-on-the-day (no advance payment required), our refund situations are straightforward.
2. Standard Tours & Safaris
Free Cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule any tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Simply message us on WhatsApp or email.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. For first-time late cancellations, no fee is charged. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a 25% service fee on future bookings.
No-Show
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, a no-show fee of up to 50% of the tour price may apply. This covers our guide's time and vehicle preparation costs.
3. Cancellation by DN Tours
We may cancel a tour due to:
- Severe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, flooding)
- National park or site closures by the government
- Safety concerns on the route
- Government-imposed travel restrictions
In such cases, you will receive a full refund if any prepayment was made, or we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Prepaid Tours & Custom Packages
For multi-day custom packages or tours requiring advance payment (e.g., hotel bookings, special permits):
- 30+ days before: Full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.
- 15-29 days before: 75% refund.
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: Non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible.
5. Airport Transfers
Airport transfer cancellations are free up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may incur a 30% fee. No-shows are charged the full transfer amount.
6. Unsatisfactory Experience
Your satisfaction is paramount. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your tour, please raise it with your guide immediately so we can address it. If the issue cannot be resolved during the tour, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up experience.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds for prepaid tours are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method. Cash refunds are available for in-person payments.
